You can choose either just the tasting experience, or combine the tasting with a visit of our vineyard. You must make your choice at time of purchase.
The visit is carried out personally by the producers and is divided into three segments.
- In the vineyard: historical introduction of the region whilst seeing some key elements of Bolgheri culture and wine-making; presentation of the Fornacelle Agricultural vineyard; description of the various phenological phases of the vineyard with in-depth analysis "in the field" depending on the time of year when you make your visit.
- In the cellar: explaining wine-making methods and aging the various types of wine.
- Tasting: tasting of our vineyard's products .
- Foreign languages spoken: English, French, German.
- Types of tasting: according to the needs of individuals or groups.
- Possibility of overnight stay at the I Cavalleggeri Farmhouse, 2 km from the winery, which belongs to the family.
