Our production philosophy at the FORNACELLE farm comes from farming knowledge and respecting nature's seasonal cycles. Through this, we then manage to use modern and sustainable techniques, which safeguard the characteristics of our region and therefore create one-of-a-kind a wine.
Each vine has its own characteristics and is treated individually when pruning, when choosing bunches and when harvesting. Only the producer can carry out this detailed and particular care for they know the entire vineyard history.
The same criteria is also used in the wine cellar, where the most suitable winemaking method is sought for each type of grape. The wine that is produced must be the very best possible result, respecting the regional characteristics of the grapes that it is made of.
